I'm looking for a bag like this on the website that you purchased yours from, would you say the website is legit or do you need to search around a little bit to find the authentic bags? I'm a little new to the website. Thanks for the video by the way :)
I personally only trust Yoogi's Closet and Fashionphile for authentic preloved bags. They both guarantee authenticity and I have read good reviews about them on purse forums/blogs and from other TH-camrs. I think Malleries is supposed to be good too. You should definitely research these sites and also details of the item you are considering purchasing. Good luck and thanks for watching!
Gotta be so careful shopping on Fashionphile nowadays. Even today, going onto the site, I can already spot out handful of replicas. I don't believe they are intentionally ripping people off. I believe they don't even know it's a good fake. Some just somehow got past their inspection?
@@CassandraReneeXOXO I myself, and couple of friends, have indeed received nice quality fakes, even up to 2.5, 3 yrs ago. (Don't know about now. The comment I had originally made, was from 4 yrs ago.) The purse I personally got, was indeed difficult to tell that it was a fake, since the date code on the purse was indeed a real date code (not made up numbers). But it just wasn't the real date code for that particular style of bag). Anyhow, when these rare occasions happen, we had to personally pay for a reputable hands-on authenticator, to look at it and give written report, which we then had to submit to Fashionphile. They wanted detailed pictures, along with the authenticators official report stating which parts of the bag are indicative of it possibly being a fake. Anyhow, after submitting all that, whole process took over a month, but Fashionphile definitely gives $ back. They even had the original seller of the bag(s) reimburse for the return shipping fees also. For someone I knew, in that person's case, the seller of the bag was flagged, and lost their account with Fashionphile, can no longer sell anything. But in my case, the seller had a long history with them, for being a good seller. Had no issues prior to this incident. So this seller got to continue to sell on the site, since it was believed that this seller truly did not realize it was a fake. Those preloved sites/companies are good with that. They will return your $ and shipping fees, if a bag you got from them, proved to be fake.
You were ahead of the game. I hope you got it for an amazing price. Now they charge A LOT, because ppl are rediscovering this little papillon.
