  • You can follow along at home! On Tuesday, Butterball, LLC graciously donated 250 turkeys to the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. Thanks to their contribution, 250 more Triangle families will be able to have a Thanksgiving dinner this November! As part
of this event, The Pitmaster Ed Mitchell demonstrated how to prepare his
special turkey barbeque recipe using a Butterball turkey for students of the Food Shuttle¹s Culinary Job training Program. Only by working together can we solve hunger thanks to Butterball and The Pitmaster for being part of
    the solution.
Recorded on November 8, 2011 using a Flip Video camcorder.

I tried turkey BBQ for the first time today. By far it was the best turkey I've had in my life.

He really takes his time to teach the folks! I learned some tricks myself! I saw him on an Anthony Bourdain video, cooking BBQ. The ribs looked delicious. I almost ate my phone!!!

His method cool but I cook my sauce down till it's kind of gel like, let it cool a bit then mix, flavor sticks more, I never tried Is cayenne pepper in it but u use the same ingredients he use. I also grill my turkey, way better than that bs pork bbq
