  • ⚒️ FIX YOUR BELT SQUAT RDL’s - The biggest mistake I see with these (depending on design of your machine) is either trying to start awkwardly from the top each time (you’ll know what I mean) or attaching your handle directly onto the arm of the belt squat machine which means starting from a very awkward low position.
    SOLUTION: If you don’t already, then a better option would be to use the chain that’s often attached to the belt, or buy a daisy chain from your local hardware store or Amazon. If you’re on the shorter side you might even get away with linking a few strong carabiners. You can then adjust the starting height from the bottom. Get locked-in at the start properly, then put in the work 💪

    ✅ Allows you to use a weight that challenges you more
    ✅ Safer if reaching technical failure, or close to it.
