    This is the best dumbbell deadlift video on TH-cam. On other channels, they mix squats with dumbbell deadlifts. But this is 100% pure dumbbell deadlift 💯👍

    I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    This is a Romanian deadlift, btw. Not the traditional dumbbell deadlift with the dumbbells held on either side of your legs and usually picked up from the floor for each rep.

      There's a good bowflex dumbbell deadlift video out there where you do a RDL until the weight gets below the knees and then you squat it to the starting position of a traditional DL, which essentially mimics the range of motion. Pretty much closest thing you can do to a barbell deadlift outside of stacking plates under the dumbbell.

    Hey there. I try to make my best but I have a congenital hip dislocation so I have a leg shorter than the other one, two centimeters. How can I achieve this exercise comfortably. Thank you

      You could try single leg deadlifts x

      You could possibly put a shoe insert in whichever shoe is on the leg that is shorter.

      ask your orthotist or physical therapist for any shoe modifications and they can recommend exercises specifically made just for you

      incorrect posture or the weight is took heavy. The back starts to compensate when the core is weak.

      i had some lower back pain. turned out that two of my lower vertebrae were locked. Damned sitting on Zoom during the pandemic. Doing some pilates and lumbar stretches sorted it out but see a physiotherapist first to make sure that it's just muscular/skeletal and not nerve pain!

    Awful advice and form. This is guaranteed to hurt your back. You've got to squat lower. Deadlift isn't primarily a back exercise
