I glanced at the title, and immediately thought there might be a very slight, subtle, mild, challenge riding them across the water. I've never ridden a motorbike, but I was thinking of buying a Honda XR150L for the farm. I don't even need to be faster than the sheep, just have more petrol than they have stamina :)
I was just about sick on my keyboard when I saw that painting of Jacinda Ardern... The Most hated PM NZ ever had.... You guys in have no idea ...... Love your story though..
Interestingly enough, I also purchased my new postie from the same shop, They were great to deal with over the phone ,right up to when I paid for the bike, but very difficult to have the bike prepared for collection by my transport company after all their promises fell through..
Not good,I thought long and hard before mentioning the bad service. It’s a Pitty as it take very little effort to complete the transaction. Enjoy riding.
These are not real postie bikes. The real, original ones were the best, with low range lever for off road they will go anywhere. The modern ones are just style but a standard bike, small fuel tank, nothing about them is actually adventure apart from the tires.
Please inform me as to where to purchase your pannier aluminum racks. They are perfect. Great post. What do you think about your CT’s? We are continually impressed and puts a smile every mile
I made the frames myself. Video on my channel showing fiting. Just bend a bit of Allu flat and some allu bar. I did myself or you can get local fab dude to make. Luved the CT in town, found the lack af speed an issue on open roads with truck up my ass and no roadside to pull over. Ride on..
Just wondering Mick if they had a bit of a run in period or just normal use as soon as you got them and how many k's did you end up with after the trip.

Nice video! What route did you take from Geelong to Port Melbourne?
It sounds as though you are using an intercom system - does it give your young lady earache?
Yup, use cardo, can be turned down if my talk too much.😁 well worth it.
i cant even get hold of 1 in Singapore.sigh.....
Come over to Australia!!
Check out the Aveta Ranger Max, same concept but with more thought to the design
Just wondering Mick if they had a bit of a run in period or just normal use as soon as you got them and how many k's did you end up with after the trip.
Went easy on the bikes first 500km, Did an oil change 200km and 500km. Will change oil every 1,000km from now on. They not burning any oil
I don't understand why the Australia government first allowed Honda CT 125's to be imported and then outlawed them.
I think its new ABS laws
Super cub c 90(1980) < honda ct 125
These new ones are a disappointment. All style but none of what made the original so good
Typical P Stevens useless as usual enjoy
Peter Steven's are a joke nowhere near good enough I'm from Geelong
