Greetings from Snowy Alberta Canada. A friend and I did3 months in OZ in 2017. After the MotoGP we did 11 days riding Tassie...wished we could have spent more time there. We also had some snow rain could weather, also in November!
Yup They work fine on road, mud and sand. I think with the size and the power of the bike there is not much need to be fussy about tyres. Next set will be different, probably 241’s
Just an iPhone 11. Video put together on iMovie. I wanted to keep it simple. I see people who become a slave to the tech/battery’s etc or stop enjoying the trip because filming becomes such an issue.
I have heard it said, there is no bad weather, only wrong clothing. Anyway, a question about the light on the bike, does the light turn on when you turn the ignition on, without starting the motor.
Who ever said that had never ridden a bike!! It was summer so not that prepared. Unsure about the light. Bike in Tas waiting our return in Feb so all I can say is light come on.
Heated hand grips are the best invention ever - highly recommend them to fix your frozen fingers 😊
Yup your right there, only so much I can add to the bike in the time we had.

Was just over in your part of the world on a bicycle. So much easier with internal combustion. We going back in Feb as we left the bikes over there.
Love your work. What were your dates for Tassy ride? I was there late Oct early Nov ...it was WET but we didn't get any snow.
Was there November. Left the bikes there, returning mid Feb to carry on the ride. It’s cheaper to fly from WA than ferry twice.
Guessing you enjoyed November snow same days we had snow in Canberra. L
Are you on the original tyres?
Yup
