1 cup cashews (soaked for 4-8 hours)
1 block firm tofu
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 cup non-dairy milk

1 tsp salt
Cheese Sauce:
1 package vegan mozzarella cheese

What brand of lasagna noodles do you recommend?
Honestly we usually use jovial organic brown rice lasagna noodles but any lasagna noodles work great. 😊
I’m allergic to soy and nuts so what can I use for the ricotta cheese?
We have only used cashew and tofu ricotta but some store brands offer a nut and soy free version or we heard you can use cauliflower yogurt to make it. 😊
What brand of Vegan mozzarella cheese did you use? I'm using Daiya shreds right now and it's turning into one big clump. Not creamy like how yours was

Melting the vegan cheese with oil only clumps up amd separates from the oil. Don't know what your method actually is, but when I did it, it didn't work. Also the ricotta needed more than 1/4 cup of plant milk, it actually needed 3/4s of a cup to resemble what you made. The sauce was very good.
