Thank you very much!! i have applied early dec to UPenn and am waiting the decision that come out in one week. I am extremely nervous and watching this video has calmed my nerves a bit. I have most of what you said in my essays. Fingers crossed i get in!!
This is such a detailed video! I wish there was such helpful content out there for every school. Could you do a video for Upenn in general, not just Wharton? I want to go into engineering at UPenn!
Do you mean how to frame your profile for M&T when you’re applying or how do you make a profile that M&T will like starting from 9th? The latter has a far more boring answer. The answer is to do things you’re passionate about and enjoy, M&T has no one size fits all; because it’s so few students there is large variance. I could make a video on it, but I’m not sure it would be interesting
Hey, Mostafa, great video and insightful tips! I'm currently taking Calculus AB and was thinking of self-studying Calc C and taking the AP test for BC because I don't want my GPA to go down taking BC as a class; what do you think about this? Also, just curious how much Wharton cares about AP tests because I'm taking a lot of APs this year, and there's a chance I won't score well on them due to how many I'm taking, but I still maintain an A grade for the class.
Thanks for the video man, the information was strongly presented! Would the following statement be a strong statement for why Wharton? “As a first generation Polish-American living dirt poor in Philadelphia, my grandfather built his career in the world of business through insurance brokerage. This business pursuit created the life he never had for his children, and today inspired me to want to master the field of business by studying at Wharton and to make my family proud like my grandfather before me.” Any thoughts would help
Thanks so much for all this info, Mostafa! I've handed in all the texts by now, any advice on what I could do now to get into M&T? Maybe write professors like Gad Allon?
I think it’s just time to wait now! You’re application will speak for itself. They won’t admit you because you emailed them if your application isn’t strong, and similarly, they won’t reject you if you don’t email them or anything. Just wait for the interview to come in and enjoy your break now that you’re done with admissions!
Thanks for the marvelous advise. Many students complain about the fake persons and toxic culture of Penn. What exactly are they? What do you think of these? ❤
Yeah, unfortunately, Penn, like any other school, has it’s own share of toxic culture/fake people, but I would say it’s the minority for sure. Wharton has a reputation for a “cutthroat” environment, and I would say this stems from the strong curving often in Wharton classes that means that every class will have winners and losers. That being said, there are nice people and mean people just like everywhere, and I think you’ll be fine in finding a group of friends that supports you!
Do they accept international students for bs in economics undergraduate Or only Canadian, mexico or americans And do they offer financial aid for international students??
They do, financial aid is available but it can hurt your chances for admissions as an international student, whereas for US students they are need blind.
@@Jpmorgan551 Wharton is considered #1 for undergrad business and its finance pipeline is the strongest in the world for undergrad schools. The #1 major at Wharton by far is finance, and people get into places all over Wall Street, or wherever they want to go really. It doesn’t guarantee you the exact job you want, but it’s definitely very strong
Will I get accepted to Wharton if I don't take advanced classes, but I get a good GPA, have a good essay, and get good SAT scores with extracurriculars?
I can't say for certain. Even perfect grades won't get you in alone, you need ECs and good writing. It depends on what your school offers, but generally you should be taking more advanced classes if you can. If you don't have them and it's application time, strong ECs and SAT can make up for it for sure, but it all depends on your application really. The answer is essentially it's not ideal, but still possible to get in, EC strength is hard to measure sometimes, and even if they are very strong, you need to communicate it well in your essays.

I'll try to get to it, I have a lot of recorded videos that I need to edit, I just need to hire an editor at this point lol, but noted
@@mostafadoesstuff Thanks so much! Keep up the good work you're incredible :))
Hey Mostafa! I love your content! Is there any way you could put out a video of tips for high schoolers looking to craft their profile for M&T?

Hi, I wanted to know the foreign language requirements for Wharton. Do I need to take four years of foreign language in high school?
You do not! Generally no requirements besides what your high school requires, but Calculus is a really favored class. Take Calc BC if you can
