Yesterday I was in Motorland because I went to ski.
Intake dissallowed but razorsharp wing and aeroparts allowed.. 😂😮

When your flywheel/clutch is so light you don't even have to blip the throttle on downshifts. That's gotta be so satisfying to do
You can do that on most cars and trucks

@@CesarMartinez-vw1qd indeed you can, but you also get jerked forward and the weight of the car shifts from the rear making it unstable, good way to crash on corner entry
you can do this will all cars, but it’s very effective in a car like an Evo. engine braking on all 4 wheels so you won’t upset tyres, only the weight. helps with turn in which is a slight issue on these in my opinion. Also, not sure how lightweight the flywheel / clutch situation is helping that judging by the rev drops it seems average 4G63.

this is the footage I really enjoy. cars driven close to their limit, in this case by the owner. early gas applied before the car enters the next section. pure gold

When you change diff controller you have 5 modes:
Open no diodes
1. Tarmac one diode
2. Gravel one diode
3. Snow one diode
Locked all three diodes
You can clearly see he is changing setup ;)
the ratio between the gears are so close in the evo that he doesn't even bother with heel and toe'ing and it works... the evo is amazing, loved the video 😍
Within the tune there might be an auto blip feature built in that would take the shock off downshifts. I was watching the pedal camera and downshifts were very smooth for no heel/toe
@@MyGoToUserName yeah it's weird, i just re watched the video, he is just letting out the clutch without any consideration and it is just smooth, there must be something absorbing the shock like you said, definitely
Its because of that and that flywheel its extremely light as well as is the car, thats why I really don't need to do it

That’s what we look forward to for his ride alongs, his expressions give you an idea of what he thinks of the car and the driving style of the driver. It seems like he used a different set of expressions this time. Lots of eye squints, and moving his mouth, along with lots of poker face neutral’niss. Different than usual, kept us guessing🙃

I share Misha's opinion about how he feels that the car is setup so properly that it could handle much more power , i absolutely love the build it looks strong and handles beautifully , i can only imagine how awesome the driving experience would feel like , also LOVE the sound , the Evolution's engine sounds raw and mean , brought back NFS carbon's memories .
Its setp by step, last year we did a lot of weight saving and this year we are building the engine

As an Evo owner I’m impressed. The turn in and suspension are dialed on that car. Hats off. If you’ve got another 30k to throw into it a sequential and larger turbo really wakes these cars up.

Car has just the right amount of turbo to pull hard everywhere above 3k rpms -seem like a very cool setup. It really surges to warp speed

I find a well-prepared Evo, a really good driver, and I liked the hunt for the Porsche, but...I don't like seeing Misha sitting aside bored😂😂...Misha must make sparks for us fans🔥 😜🔥...Great Misha, who knows what 2024 holds for us with 4-wheel sparks😱

EVO 8/9 such a pleasure to drive, and sooo easy to push. Initial understeer easily transformed into as much oversteer as you want when applying throttle. This guy was a very good driver, this car would be insanely fast with +200 hp and airshifter
Thats why this year I have decided to build an engine because I think with a bit more power it should be able to be even better
A well built evo is a force to be reconed with one of my favorite cars

It's probably only me that gets chillz down my spine of the driver not doing heel / toe when downshifting.
There is no need in my car, flywheel is so light that it nearly rev mach itself and its AWD + 275 tyres
