- I can't say for all setups but (my setup below) this fixed mine. I was THIS CLOSE to RMA! Would have had to rip apart my water-cooled PC to replace and then it still wouldn't be fixed if I installed all their gaming bloat-ware that came with the ROG-STRIX 570-E GAMING WIFI motherboard! 😄

The software probably enables QOS and prioritizes games over anything else, which is what would cause the speed throttle. AMD’s software has the same feature.
This software came on the included CD for the ROG-X570-E GAMING motherboard, which I installed for my daughter while she's away to visit other family. I guess it would be a cool feature to have while gaming but when you close the gaming software, the background process is still running, and therefore still active even though not actually gaming. It's just kind-of awkward to look at a web page load(or try to load) while this is going on! Ridiculous. QOS theory is likely correct though. Good call.

i uninstall it but the issue with bandwidth still decreasing my network adapter connection how to fix that
I used revo uninstaller to clear junk and registry entries. It's affordable and works really well.
@@richteritwan i use it it works but the issue returns again after changing anything from my network adapter advanced settings can you help me pls i hate default settings it causing me latency
@@Mustfa4Real using it doesn't help. Just shut down unnecessary processes and remove it from your system. Trust me. You do not need this junkware.

30 years in pc support, I can't say this is a must have for gaming. If I were 11 years old then I'd say you aren't far off.
Bloatware couldnt be enough to cause that. It probably has something to do with the software either forcing a throttle or its a bug, or there is a setting that needs to be tweaked.
I'm fine with prioritizing traffic IF "I Choose" for it to do so, but to by-default wreck my internet access? That's some pretty FUS! It's not ok.
