I think I have everything I need now except an incubation tent and an area to set up for growth. Kinda wondering if it’s possible to do all in one tent?
Most definitely! I would say if you have room go for it! You’d want a separate tent inside the original tent as you’d have sporulating mushrooms in the same tent as all of your agar work!

That’s what’s up!😁 That usually will help isolate out good fast growing cultures! Going back to spore to really solidify the traits into the genetics as well is something you should look into! To my knowledge cloning will progress a line of genetics but not solidify them into the dna. Working from spore and going through the generations and swabbing each biggest fruit should help! Besides that though, great job! I bet you’re doing great man!
Oh for sure, especially if you plan to put the syringe back into storage. I really didn’t mind as I used it all that run, but definitely something to watch for!
@@Sporangutan Yep, I’ve done so far syringes from agar plate and all of it right into grain bags. My first spore syringe I did half in a rye bag and drew a bit back on the syringe, mine worked fine but my friends bag contamed I think it was from the air back into the syringe.

Hopefully they worked good but 1 thing I’d avoid drawing air back into your syringe even if in SAB or flow.
