Does anyone know the reason why New Jersey Transit has a decorated Pennsylvania label on the engine
Yep, it’s just NJT paying homage to the lines they absorbed in their creation. They also have a similar loco with a Erie-Lackawanna scheme, and MTA also does something similar with New York Central
