Hey friends and welcome to a week of cultivating food and personal freedom!🌞 I love to show what I actually eat in a week to give you an accurate representation of how every single day is different. I crave different things at different points, some days I eat lots, some days not so much. I listen to my body and what it needs and nourish myself accordingly!

Just realized I didn't give you guys the PanCake Recipe!! So here it is, sorryyyyy my friends!
🌼Ingredients:
• 1 lg ripe banana
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup AP flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/3 cup oat milk
• 4 handfuls of blueberries
• Oil for cooking
🌼Directions:
• mash banana in a large bowl and then add sugar and apple cider vinegar
• sift ( if you can ) the flour and baking powder into the bowl, then boost over milk and mix in completely. Through blueberries into the mix and fold in
• heat a large nonstick pan on medium heat and add a decent amount of oil. Scoop pancake batter into the hot pan using a 1/3 measuring cup or ladle.
• cook on one still until bubbles start to form on the edges and in the middle of the pancake. Flip and repeat until all the batter is used

The whole aspect you talked about with viewpoints, is how I felt when I was in Norway back in August. Surreal every time I looked around. Absolutely incredible country.
