Could you guys do a tutorial on the Roland Blades that come with the cutter please - The Red - The Blue - And The Yellow and show us the difference between the three.

Roland Blades that come with Roland Cutters is 45 degree blades. The process for adjustments are the same. Another blade you can purchase is the 60 degree blade. Typically this is for thicker materials. You also have 45/60 degree premium carbide blades that are stronger which are for stretchy vinyl or media that are composite glass or metal.

thanks for the video!! question? I have my blade set up just like say and when I'm cuting my vinyl seems like part of the design is barely touch with the blade and it is hard to weed had to throw the design away and do all over again and I just bring the blade out like 2 credit card thickness

      Hello,
Is your blade holder attached correctly? We also recommend that you only have your blade out about 1/2 of a credit card thickness. You may also need to readjust your force on your vinyl cutter depending on the material that you are using.

Our cutter, Graphtec CE6000, came with a scope for setting the blade depth, although I can't find instructions on how to use it.

do you always manually set the blade depth or will it like the others set to default for the material you choose in the design studio?

Psh mine is out more than that with high pressure and it still won't cut through my htv! (Roland)
I've had to increase pressure more and more as I go and I'm not even through my first roll on this machine!
It was cutting alright and now I'm up 40 points and still adjusting
And it cuts deeper on one side of the machine than the other

Hello, thank you for your video. Im having an issue with my plotter since a switched to SignBlazer software. (I used to work with ArtCut but changed it because of W10 support). So SB actually works with my plotter but it seems that the edges are not cut properly, kind of "rounded" so to speak. Is there a way to align or calibrate it? Thank you in advance!

Stahls' TV I already found the solution! I just had to adjust the blade offset. It was on 0.0mm and after some tests I set it at 0.45mm. Works great! Thank you for your interest.

Hi ! I’m using GCC Jaguar LX 6 ... what the blade that you recommend to cut stahls silicone 500, 200, and 100. When I use the 60 degree blade with 0.50mm offset, it cuts through the silicone 500 , but 45 degree with 0.25 mm offset , cut detail is missing... can you please help me

Good video, from an editing perspective, you might consider fading audio in next time because that intro was insanely loud.

Hey there, thank you for your videos. I have an issue with my cutter. I have the blade sticking out about half of a credit card thickness. When I put it into the holder, and put it all the way in, it cuts through my design (because it doesn't raise up to move to the next location) and when I lift it up a little, then it barely cuts the vinyl. I have the offset set to 0.25, speed to 300 and force to 100. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there any way you guys could help?

Its a 2000gm force modal but i am bit confused because i have no idea how much force do i need to put to cut in a 300gsm card stock or 130gsm sticker sheet. Is their a chart for this where i can check. For eg for sticker i just want to cut stickable part of sticker and not back. Can you help

How do you change the orientation of letters. I want to put names on arm sleeves and I want it to go downwards. Do not see a way to change it to going up and down; and then after that how do I know where it print; in the event that I want to print numerous names. Want to know where it will print. (If it will print landscape or vertically on the roll. Thank you.
