NOTE: you will only need two.

Keeping your vinyl feeding straight can be a challenge, requiring that you realign often or even after every cut project.
In this video we explore what causes your vinyl to drift out of alignment and what you can do to fix this problem for good!
Without correcting this issue, not only will you be constantly realigning, but you could have cutting issues where your vinyl will shift outside the cut area, impact the side of your plotter causing jamming/crumpling, and misaligned cuts.
With this simple solution I have made dozens of cuts without once needing to realign my vinyl.
While the solution is simple, it can take a few tries.

Awesome!!! I’ll be sure to use the mic. It’s so odd that it sounds about the same on my phone 🤷🏼‍♂️ but I’ve gotten that feedback a couple of times. Thanks for helping me confirm the solution 🙏

Ok, I watched and I really like the collar idea. My mh721 has no rear ruler though. I cut a 1" strip of vinyl and put on the right side instead and it works well enough but could use improvement. Thanks for this.

Oh that’s a clever solution 👌 if I’m not mistaken the MH does have smaller rollers. I don’t have one but thought I recall someone saying theirs were 1” diameter. If it’s something different I’d very much appreciate knowing what size they are so I may update the resource links in description. Thanks! And good luck

You completely lost me at hungry. I'm getting a sandwich now. I'll come back and watch afterwards.
