When I flew my wife in a Baron for the first time, after starting the left engine, she asked me in a worried tone: "why is this other fan not running", referring to the right engine that I was about to start. I had to explain that we start one engine at a time, so we can notice any issues better. :)

11:20 I hated flying in South Florida because of this. You have no margin for error if something happens single engine. And if you don’t want to fly over the water, they want you low over the swamp, which in my opinion is even more dangerous.
What time of year were you doing this trip? You keep mentioning Oshkosh but air venture hasn't happened yet? I'm confused!! 🙃 Also, a wine cooler != Beer
I just stopped the video at the point where you're leaving Hilton Head Island. You two look BEAT. Chelsea's "Clear" said "I'm tired". I don't blame you for leaving the camera off for most of that part of the trip. I've edited video in the past. (A) I don't do it very well, (B) I don't like doing it, see A, and (C) I'd rather just enjoy the flight time. With that in mind, ya'll are rock stars.
