Hey Will, I searched through the channel for more on grip strength and something longer form. Would you consider a beginners > advanced grip strength video talking about your own progression, tools needed, minimum tools needed, and general strategy? There were quite a few shorts, and I watched the longer 14 minute video on Tsatsouline. But figuring something personal to you would be a big win here 4 years later.

I learned a LOT over the years & most of it contrary to what I thought would work & was common practice (protip: don’t waste your time on wrist curls). I did some grip videos I think on my The Wong Way page on Facebook & might not have shared it here. I’ll have to check that. FB search engine isn’t great. Thanks again for following along.
