I wouldn't recommend water poisoning. My Drill Sergeants when I was in the Army during basic training made all of us drink multiple full canteens one day because they thought we weren't drinking enough, and I ended up with water poisoning. IT. SUCKED. ASS. on a major level. I was bassically bedridden, and was only allowed to get out of bed to go vomit. The drill sergeants were all demoted for deliberatly it to happen, more so because I wasn't the only one who ended up with it : /

As someone who deals with general anxiety, and who in school felt pressured into a fear of failure growing up, the way she hits really close to home. And I must say, thank you for making a video that goes over the difficulties people with anxiety can face, but also the incredible things they can do with people who care for and support them. Also that monotone 'ow' is so much funnier than it should.

Why Applebees water why not just home water from the sink or fridge is it not excessive to go to Applebees for 21 glasses of water Also make sure you spike the water with salt to reduce the chances or severity of water poisoning you with all of the glasses your going to drink you will need electrolytes to replace the ones you lost to bodily functions and fluids. You should use about 4.9 grams per glass of water drank because water poisoning takes place at about 6-7 quarts of water and if the average Applebees cup holds 20oz you will be drinking about 14 quarts of water and to prevent or stop water poisoning you need to intake about 4.9 grams a glass if you where it would have been only 3.4 I realized he was drinking double the amount. It took to get water poisoning, so I doubled the amount of sodium I recommended for you to ingest to account for this knowledge as well as to allow your body to process all that water. Just to be on the safe side it will taste horrible but if you really plan to go through with it I can only recommend ways to try and keep you somewhat safe. Did I just spend half an hour spazzing out over how to keep someone I don’t even know safe? Yes, yes I did. I did a bit of research to make sure that no one died. plz be safe and please have a friend on standby so if something goes wrong then they can call the emergency services and make sure you get help, an IV, and live to tell the tale.
