The funny thing is lamias probably would be endothermic, not only because of their human (mammalian) traits, but also just due to size and mass. That much mass produces a lot of passive metabolic heat, making them endothermic by their size alone
How Big is she actually?? Cause, like, there were this gigant snakes like titanoboa or gigantophis that were most likely cold blooded (althougth, theyr were from tropical environents) But also, lamias have human(mammalian) traits. With seriousnes, the biology of something like a lamía would be fascinating, not only the metabólic functión of the body, but also bone density and form, theet form and number, how they eate. Senses like eye sigth, smell, touch and so one, like. Termic visión. Will they have It? So many questions

In humans It consumes 20% of our daily calory inteak to sustain itself, the biger and complex the brain, the more energy It consumes. Is very unlikely that something like a lamía would be cold blooded. A brain as Big and complex as whats show in the video wouldnt be posible without the creature being endothermic. But again, what would be the estimate mass in your opinión? Cause titanoboa had like 14 meters in length(or at least is estimated to have had that) and more than 1'25 tones. Just to clarifie. Im with you in the endothermic theory, im just curious about your opinión in this matters (i have like, insaciable hunger for stupid questions like this)
Wonderful work Bethy! I love how casual and understanding she is during our initial meeting and easing us on having a lamia roommate. Her allowing us to rest on her tail, saying that she was looking forward to meet us and saying were her type were lovely moments. Also im loving Lamia Bethy design. As someone that really DOES suffer from heat stroke and heat exhaustion easily... that offer is actually really nice. Definitely better than "well, just go sleep in the tub filled with some cool water." Lol
