- Roanoke River (Kerr Dam) Sunfish Blitz
Medium rod tip has been broken off for a couple weeks and my economical lightweight combo broke where it is connected... therefore I couldn't cast very far... guess I am pretty hard on rods/tackle... hopefully I will be able to get a new combo or two here soon. I make no excuses... always do the best I can with what I have to work with.

Thanks a lot Tony. I had a blast fishing lightweight... I am going to go back there and catch some more sunfish and use them for catfish bait.
CD OUTDOORS is the bizzaro DC OUTDOORS, lol. Nice fishing Dave! The sunfish are sure pretty. Nice variety of lures used.
Thanks a lot Dan. I looked it up and it says no established bass or sunfish in Alberta.. must be too chilly for the eggs (I don't know what I am talking about though). All the different sunfish have really motely colors. I am glad you enjoyed. According to one of the Montana FIeld guides it says there are largemouth and smallmouth up to the border, so maybe someone has a stocked pond or there is a waterway with them in them for you guys to catch!

Thanks for the compliments... I always have fun trying to do some entertaining editing tricks because my fishing skills aren't that good. I was watching that guy CD outdoors before I started a TH-cam channel because he catches a lot of trout. I don't know him personally, crossed paths with him at the dam, but he seemed like a really nice guy.. I suggest people subscribe and follow his content because he catches some really nice trout in VA. Loons are always better at fishing than me. Thanks Chris.

Those were some nice catfish by CD.. you were killing it with the sunfish .. seemed like they would literally bite anything you were throwing!.. liked that edit when your face popped up… always doing something new haha.. good stuff bro!👍👊

@@excursionamericaexa thats my fav thing to do, If you just get an egg sinker and run it right to the hook, or really any rig, Thats just how I do it..but they cant resist that fresh bluegill!..go pull yourself some slabs by that damn!👊👊

I have been watching this guy for a few years, a year or so before I started a TH-cam channel... excellent trout fisherman also!
