As the author didn't bother telling us a name of a second (dribbling) workshop map - it's called Dribbling Challenge #2. I personally don't like it because the road surface there has no texture and it's really hard to understand how your car moves, as there's no reference for your eyes to catch. For guys who only start learning dribbling I recommend Wayton's "How To Dribble In Rocket League For Complete Beginners" - it has all necessary explanations and a code for a training pack.
Best of luck! Stick to the casual mode until you can beat the course in one session, then start utilising the timed mode to track your progress. When you complete your first full run on the timed mode, note your time and round it down to the nearest 5 minutes and set that as your next time goal. Keep repeating that process until you can complete the course in under 10 minutes. My current PB is 11mins 43s :) (I'm C1/C2)
Learning mecs doesn't help you rank up necessarily. I can dribble, air dribble a full court pretty consistently and constantly air roll both ways through the Neon rings with a couple of deaths and Im stuck plat. Its more about game sense, at least for me.
