    Who else loves a dark workshop? Happy Holidays Y'all, Stay Rad

    That shed is pretty sick. I dig the dark and moody paint. I’m all about organization and that is one neat workshop. I just might add canned lighting to the fluorescents in my garage. It gives a dimensional, finished look.

    10:00 - I cooked Cornish Hens for a scaled-down Christmas instead of turkey. Coincidence? Probably. ;) Greetings from three provinces to the right.

    If you're painting a ton; which I imagine you re with the new house. Check out the Wagner sidekick (not a sponsor or associated), nice motorized paint feeder expedites the process and reduces messes.

      Thanks dude, I’ve actually worked with Wagner in the past and I own their flexio sprayer which is great for smaller jobs. I own a graco sprayer for lager jobs like this but it’s on its way out so I’ll have to have a look at what you suggested. Thanks again

    Hey man! Your channel rocks! How did you print the vinyl for your logo? Do you have a plotter or pay to have that produced?

    • @RadDadBuilds
      @RadDadBuilds  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey thanks dude, I actually own a cricut cutter so I can make my own vinyl stickers up to 30cm tall. Can probably go taller but it’s a bit of a headache to figure out.

    super neat! how did you get your start in woodworking? your builds are tasteful, not every craftsman has an eye for design like you. the aesthetic is just as impressive as the workmanship in all your projects!

      Thanks dude, I started out as a kitchen installer where I learned a lot of carpentry. I’ve always had a passion for modern design so when I bought my first house I just started practicing and making myself furniture. Basically just developed from there.

    I live down in St. Ives, was cool seeing the Saint Piran's Flag on your wall.

    Nice. I want to tackle something similar. How is the shed ventilated? I get mold in my prebuilt even though it has soffit and ridge vents. It gets quick humid during the summers here

      Thanks, So I have vents in the ridge of the roof plus a couple of vents on the face and rear of the shop below the eaves. I haven't had the shop in the summer yet so ill see how it holds up.

    I hate drywall too! It's one of the biggest things holding me back on the plan to finish my basement DIY. How many sheets of OSB did you use overall? At least in my area it costs 2-3x more than the drywall sheets. At that price I might as well hire a pro drywaller.

    • @RadDadBuilds
      @RadDadBuilds  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Slate grey and onyx black, both Benjamin Moore
