I got AI polyneuropathy after getting anthrax vaccine and have been suffering from it for the last 1.5 years. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, I got on keto diet, and started working out 5 days a week. I lost 40 lbs and in the best shape of my life. But I gave up a lot of things I used to enjoy. All these helped with the symptoms for about 3 months and then they came back. I'm devastated. I don’t know what else I can do.
@vradimmvradi1472 I am still on keto and never gave up the gym. I now easily control my weight. To answer your question, I did gain some weight back from the lowest point but it's a healthy weight. I used to be 220 lbs and dropped it down to 169, which is not healthy with my height of 6'2". At that point, I started adding more carbs to my diet. I've been maintaining the healthy weight of 185-190 lbs for almost 2 years.
Hello doctor sir, please reply me, I have b12 deficiency very low b12, was found, because of becoming vegetarian, and it was for short time, and started treatment 2 and half months over, overall all fatigue and tingling sensation went away, walking far distances is causing problem, how much time it takes to heal sir?
I had a stroke in august I am only 45 it was from a blood clot wich was from rhaematic heart disease from strep throat in child hood then just a few weeks ago I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy I think was caused by my neighbors cooking meth and exsposure to chemicals can cause this too I am not diabetic my cholesterol is good also I had low platelets also caused by toxins and chemicals when exsposed to it
Want a cure for neuropathy - quit eating sugary foods for 60 days and see what happens - it worked for me and it could work for you. I cut out all pies, ice cream, doughnuts, Little Debbies etc... I did this cuz my A1C test revealed I had pre-diabetes. At around 60 days into this sugar free diet(well almost sugar free) and my neuropathy pains went away by 90%. Plus I lost 8 pounds and I feel better and I sleep better and it didn't cost me a dime - it actually saved me money - and the pains are almost totally gone. Thank God. Try it and see, its free!. I also went down 0.3 points on my next A1C test.
Here is my experience with Peripheral Neuropathy. Was taking Amlodipine at 2.5 mg. Then my cardiologist raised it to 10 Mg. My feet and lower legs started to hurt and get numb. As I write this I have a SCS in my back. Only had it about 1.5 months and it's no help at all. For those who don't know what a SCS is, Spinal Cord Stimulation.🥴

I firmly believe that neuropathy is triggered and kept alive and strong due to anxiety stress fear or other negative emotions. Not all! But a good bit
Absolutely right
Anything that produces a sympathetic response will cause and worsen.
I had burning in lower back than woke up with hands and feet
