2021 Can Am X3 Build Vlog (Part 3 ) RPM Powersports/WSRD180

In this video I install all the RPM Powersports 120 base Intercooler, pipes, bov, and fuel pump. I also install the Whalenspeed WSRD180 ( now called the WSRD200) tune along with dynojet launch control, PV3, and larger Image Dynamics injectors. I also gut the cat converter (not shown in video)

On my RR i neither hear the fan,but i can turn it on with the buds2 scan app output test.i think the engine noise at full throttle mask it.

Did you have an issue with the Intercooler and the fan fitting in properly? I'm currently installing this and it's all too tight. So tight I can't get the mounting bolts to align.

It was very tight. There is a plastic bracket that fits around the intercooler outlet tube. I had to clamp it over the tube but was too tight to get the single t30 torx screw back in. I also trimmed the plastic on the bed to fit the intercooler. But I have seen pics of people who installed the rpm intercooler with no trimming.

How has the tune hold up after a year? I jut put a Aftermarket Assassins 185 upgrade kit in my 2022 bace. Was just curious if you had any issues.
