I recently started journaling and let me tell you i have never felt better!!!! I have been trying to journal 2x a day. I have a normal blank journal and a daily journal thingy. I have also been trying to workout 3x a week. I cannot believe I am saying this but my mental health has been sky rocketing!!! Your hair is so pretty and I'm so excited that you are going back natural!!! If your seeing this, this is your sign to start glowing up for 2022-2023 school year!! Love yall!!!

However, I think that focusing on your mental health will make you an overall happier individual and ultimately make you a more attractive person to be around. Mental health is so important and is crucial to living a full and satisfying life, as well has having a simple glow up.
