    They change it. It used to be 50g protein 2 scoop and 32 servings. Now is 30g 2 scoop and 30 servings. The ratio was 1:1 now is 3:1 !? I think. I think I’m going back to Optimun nutrition pro gainer gold

      Once per day every 24 hours. I try to take them right before my workouts when possible.

      one more question . On the moment I am being taking testosterone cypionate do I need to quit with that while I take this supplement ?

    have you had a chance to compare the mass gainer v the clean gainer (both from Rule 1). I know there is a difference in carb to protein ratio, but other than that, I can't really quite figure out the difference. Keen to know your thoughts?

      It all depends on how many more calories you need to increase your weight. You will need to test it. Just make sure to not replace a meal with this…add it.

      If you're eating 3 solid meals a day plus having a shake or two of mass gainer you should start putting on weight, make sure your not just replacing meal with a gainer as that kind of defeats the point of getting those extra calories in.
