CNG kit will still be much more cost effective and Electric Hybrid kit would only save on fuel as Hybrid engine will mean a low torque motor is paired with existing diesel/petrol engine. This low torque motor will give the initial boost required for cars to start and start moving upto a initial low speed after which it can go to regeneration or turn off and use the petrol engine. You will save fuel but shouldn’t be as cost effective as CNG. The hybrid EV kit won’t start your AC since it will always be a low power engine. Hope this explanation helps anyone who came to this video and had any query for this.

Hybrid is a excellent choice but the range is miniscule ,60/80 kms ,the required tentative range is about 200 kms on long hauls.
There are only 2 fuel option as per RTO rule.

We need an upgrade to Hybrid with some 50km electric range and auto change to petrol if the drive goes beyond 50km. If this kit gives this facility, it's worth the conversion.
It should be charged automatically through dianama, so any one can shift on ev - petrol/disel Or vise versa and so on..

To my mind range of 60‐70 km sufficient to meet the normal requirements of a person in the city like going to office or workplace, dropping kids to school, shopping of daily needs and all other work and furthermore if for long journey we will have still option of diesel/petrol engine so it is a complete solution for the present problems we are facing. If there are no technical problems problems, then this conversion certainly will be a mile stone in this field.

स्पीड कम से कम 60km/h होनी चाहिए । तब ठीक रहेगा । जिससे 60-70km की रेंज जो आम तौर पर डेली चलना होता है इलेक्ट्रिक से कवर हो जाये उसके बाद अगर लम्बा चलना हो तो पेट्रोल पर शिफ्ट हो जाए। रेट भी 1 से 1.25लाख के बीच मे रहे । तभी कोई इलेक्ट्रिक किट सफ़ल होगी बाकी 2-4 लोग मिल ही जाएंगे इस तरह की किट के लिए ।
आपने।बिल्कुल सही कहा स्पीड कम से कम 90kmh maximum और भले एक बार के चार्जिंग पर 60km की रेंज मिल जाए तो एक दम बढ़िया होगा

If the EV kit covers A/C of Car for the existing petrol cars - that will be great
Sir, how much is the battery life and it's replacement cost. Generally battery has to be replaced every 4 to 5 years. And the EV car batteries are very costly. We need to calculate and devide that cost to the total period of battery life.
5 years? battery life is just 2 years after that you need to recharge it after every 20 kms like mobile phone battery
Can the range be increased to 200km by putting higher capacity battery? If yes then what will it cost instead of Rs.70000 to 100000 ?
