Motor 10kw 72v pmsm
Battery 72v 30 ah lithium ion battery pack
I make a new shaft (66 inch long)

very simple and it had a good outcome, just one tip is that you should add a bearing or something to support the drive shaft weight so the motors bearing don't go out quick and it will be much stable and vibrate less while driving.
-add a handy kill switch/button so if anything goes wrong and motor is stuck at full speed you can shut it off.
-add a sound/buzzer when on reverse so you don't accidentally backup hitting something.
It called a center bearing and is used in long vehicles like pickup and trucks etc

Instead of directly connecting to differential, why not connect the motor to gearbox so you get better torque

Power isn't enough to drive gears along with torque tube diffrential
gear box is bette but half of the gear box is using main engine as oil cap 😅 so it requires lot more work... but thats mostlikely will be better if done correctly.
This will lead to power loss
well will cause say may be 5% OR %10 loss...but will provide on uphills up to %200 or more gain and on flat and down hill surfaces %200 to 300 additional power .. thats why gearboxes are used on any car... they cause loss but on awerage its plus is no way to compare @@anonymousman2521

do not connect direct to motor shaft.. use some ball bearing shaft arrangement at drive side, after that connect the motor shaft ...
Or can also replace stock differential with suitable length eV rickshaw or loaders' differential that have motor mount.

Sir . An idea is great.may I input. Leave gearbox in . That's why shaft needs no change. Put motor on gearbox so. You can select different gear at stop . Two batteries in floor put . More range. Then you have a winner.🎉

Eu aproveitava a caixa de câmbio, ligava o motor caixa de câmbio teria menor consumo de energia ja que tem as marchas, menos aceleração menos consumo de energia. Mas valeu o vídeo.
