Its well known who is Phoon is, he had youtube channel where he post all his clips along with his most popular zblock video. He mainly played CS:S and a bit of CSGO but only in its early days.
He quit everything, deleted youtube account and the original zblock video because he moved on from videogames and found a regular job he wanted to focus on. There's nothing mysterious about the guy, just a skilled player that wanted to move on with his life and not attract too much attention to his past actions

Phoon was pretty old back in CS:S (around 25-30ish) so no way is he one of the childish youtubers, a decade ago zhun was still a child shitting his pants.
