Hey there and thanks for the question! Those two bumps are tear off pins so you have extra lenses that you can fit and tear away once they accumulate dirt and debris so you can have a clean visor again without having to stop and clean the visor. It's most used in racing usually. What do you think of the new GP RR?
Hi Champion helmets, the FIM website shows both Pista GPR and GP RR as being compliant with FIM standards. Is there a difference in the EPS between the two? The shell material seems to be the same.
Thanks for the question! This isn't too surprising since, broadly speaking, the two helmets are very similar. The main differences have been made to the comfort liner and some minor tweaks on the outside. However, the helmets still have the same carbon fiber outer shell construction and EPS in 5 densities. Which Pista do you prefer?
Champion Helmets for just 50 bucks more i would prefer getting the latest GP RR over its successor. But put a decent amount of discount on the GP-R and I am all ready to let go of the little advantage that the GPRR may have over it.
@@varunnarula123 Fair enough. While we offer both helmets, we've also added a healthy discount to the GP-R in our webshop if you're curious If you have any more questions about either helmet, we're always happy to answer them
Champion Helmets hey thanks for the reply! I just bought a pista GPR in xs but I’m a small. So ima just buy the gprr cheek pads in small and put in since the GPR cheek pads in small is sold out everywhere..
Thanks for the question! The Race 2 visor does fit the GP RR as well as the GP R. There are small differences between the two, but they are interchangeable. What do you think of the GP RR?
The Futuro GP RR is a special edition helmet that will be coming out next year, but it will still be coming with all the same features as the GP RR. The main differences so far will be the additional iridium visor and the outer shell finishing. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the AGV helmet?
Fit is always a tough one, since it is highly personal. The best option to make sure is to try the helmet on (if possible) in a local store. Nonetheless, other riders have generally found the AGV to run true to slightly narrower in fitment. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the AGV helmet?
@@Championhelmets Honestly I only ride Arai helmets. I never tried on an AGV or could find one to try on. I am a medium or large in Arai. I guess I'll get medium /large in AGV ??
@@jokas1krr525 If trying the helmet on locally is not possible then to make sure what size you are in AGV, it would be best to measure and check against the AGV size chart since they break sizes down slightly different to Arai. It's also worth keeping in mind that, depending on the Arai helmet, the helmet head shape may be rounder or more oval, while most AGV helmets are going to be mainly intermediate oval.. Thanks for the reply! If you have any further questions, we're always happy to help.
Price is a tough stumbling blocks for the Pista, which is why we make sure that it is also covered by our lowest price guarantee and comes with plenty of bundle deals. Nonetheless, it is still coming in as a top quality helmet. Thanks for the comment! What are your thoughts on the AGV helmet?
So they are the same besides the spoiler on the outside
The Pista GP RR looks really good!
what is the use of the 2 little bump in side by side of visor

AGV's Pista series is made in Italy, so that's both the Pista GP R and the GP RR. Thanks for the question! Which Pista do you prefer?
Both are amazing. I was just curious about the one that my friend has. A pista gp wintertest 2016 it says made in china though.
