Very little risk. Every piece of rigging and lifting apparatus is tested and tagged before a lift of this value. I’d be very surprised if there wasn’t a technical representative of the riggers’ insurance firm there. Also, a lifting plan would have been developed and computer simulated far in advance of the lift.
That's one way of making sure no one steals it overnight, park it in your front room.

They took too much risk bringing it down. This could have gone bad very easily.
Just like it could’ve gone bad very easily when whatever idiot decided they wanted to put the car *IN* the building to start with. I’m guessing if they have the $$$ for the car alone, yet alone all this pomp and circumstance, they are both heavily insured AND can afford to replace it.
There was no risk whatsoever. They knew exactly what they were doing.
