From father's side I am a thakur and from mother, I am an SC.. now I have a question, for sub-categorsiation in SC/ST is it not important to discuss beforehand the discrimination that "Elite" SC/ST too have to face, like.. not being able to marry uppercaste, caste name is used as an abuse, thereby indicating social backwardness. And reservation is given on SOCIAL+EDUCATIONAL backwardness, so why not Dr. Divyakirti talks about the social discrimination part before talking about sub-categorization.
