The bus shot at the intersection, for sure For the church there is too much distracting in like cars and branches in front of the bells tower. But nice idea with the tracks and the low position.

Definitely the bus photo, timed it to perfection with the van stationary while the bus sped by. One of those photos that if you tried to re-create it you couldn't.

This is a refreshing series. So many photographers are doing “destination” photo shoot and it’s nice to see creativity when it’s in your backyard. To me, that’s one of the most difficult things to accomplish. Kudos to you, buddy!! You’re an inspiration to us all.

We just got a lot of snow here in Michigan a couple days ago - about 8 inches (20cm)! The city looked pretty peaceful in the snow. I really like that second image with the bus!
Nuff said: As northern germans are not really used to drive in snow, especially in „heavy“ snow like we had at the beginning of this year, we try to be more careful on the roads 😅 because when sh*t hits the fan it might get to be expensive in the end😁 Nice vlog btw🤙🏻

The church is good, shame about the vehicles, but the ghosting bus with the van through it edges it for me. The snow is more effective than the rain in the UK.
I like them both, but the church had a nice cozy feel to it--honestly I felt they are two different types of scenes yet still obviously falling into the street photography genre. I live in Portland OR and we just got hammered with a snow and ice storm that is somewhat reminiscent to what you portrayed there, but we got a LOT of ice that downs powerlines...gnarly stuff

The street shot gives a sense of action where as the church would be good if 1. there were no cars parked in front and 2. if it were a Sunday and people were attending the service (an idea for another day).

I'm going to guess Christian? Honestly I don't know the difference between Lutheran, Protestan, Church of England, Catholic, etc. It all lumps into religion which includes Islam, Budism, Atheism, etc.
I prefer the traffic shot at the intersection best! It's more creative and to me tells more of a story. Which lens did you utilise for the shot? Although the best image in today's vlog was of baby faced Greg 🤣🤣
Whilst the church had the picturesque look to it, the junction image had a bit more of a technical challenge to it plus a bit more of a story with life in general taking place during the wintery conditions
Driving slow and careful, that doesn't surprise me considering what training they go through to get a license. Here is California if you are over 18, you take a written test and pass it you can drive, now under that you take a drivers Ed course, get a permit drive for 6 months then take a driving test and if you pass you can drive legally on the roads, same for motorcycles and once you pass you ride any kind of motorcycle, I like Europe's tiered system of riding smaller motorcycles for a time and then moving up to bigger bikes once you got some experience, Germany has better trained motorcycle riders too. I miss Riding a Motorcycle in Europe. In California I a M1 endorsement on my License I have a class C which lets me drive passenger vehicles I used to have a Commercial Drivers License for Tractor and Trailers, England they call those Articulated Lorries. 😆 Funny you mention Kasey, your thumbnail you do look like him. 😆 A lot of the USA is in a deep freeze right now and here in Los Angeles its 16°C that's 61°F I like the Church one.
Find out if your area has a reddit page, and post a shot like this there, that'll show people or put it up on Twitter with local hashtags , get known, then they'll be less surprised. People love local images taken in ways they're not accustomed to. Local facebook pages too if there's one. You never know, these little PR exercises might lead to more income streams. Meanwhile, Toronto got roughly 19 ish inches of white with another fifteen expected from tonight's lake effect snow squall. Another system coming in behind that in a couple more days.
