You win some, you lose some, you wreck some. Would you have gone for this gap? Ended up with suspension damage to the right side of the car, it will be back.
First, if you ever stop going for a gap get out of the car because you are no longer a racer. Your driving was on point and you did nothing wrong, It was not super clear or should I say evident what caused the collision but I am willing to bet it was the Yellow BMW, from the start that car was all over the place, honestly and I am not even joking, I have never seen a BMW on track that looked that loose to the point where you are wondering if he has rear suspension damage he is dealing with through the whole video I had no question that when this incident took place somehow that car was going to be involved. When you went to the outside and I saw who you were beside that was when I got nervous. Glad you are ok, just a tough situation.
Absolutely, definitely going for that pass. Knew by the title though that the yellow car was going to slam into you. They were unusually erratic and slow on the straights. They over drove it in and hit you. Pretty simple.
did he understeer into you?...or did u squeeze him?.... u looked fine on the outside, didnt look risky at all that yellow e36 looked loose and a bit wild several times
100% yellows cars fault, you left him plenty of room. His ONLY excuse would be if he got hit from the inside... I hate the outside of BB in my 911, always covered with klag..
That was looking pretty tasty up until the incident! Good job Sam.
Thanks, likely would have been in the lead for the class if we came out of that clean!
I remember seeing this happen from the paddock. Glad you and the car are ok
Damage isn’t too bad. Hoping to make the glen in October
i definitely had my money on that yellow car causing something, you had that all day

We were 3 wide and red camo car actually had a diff failure causing it to hit the yellow car which subsequently hit me. Just bad luck and poor timing.

@@r1oot he’s a great driver. Holds a lot of track records. That aggression is definitely needed with slow cornering out of class cars!
That’s life on the outside. I feel you bro…
