I think this is the best racing vid I've watched at LRP and I've watched a lot. Great skills and great respect amongst the drivers. I'm very interested in the 04's line through turn 4 and down no name and will try it at my next HPDE, assuming I can bring enough speed through turn 4. Great vid.
You drove a great race. I bet you were grateful for lapped cars :) You were faster than the lead car everywhere but no way by. Even with your better exit speed out of the last corner, plus slipstream, that lead car had more speed and pulled away each time. My thoughts are, suspect engine :) Unless gear ratios are different?
Congratulations on beating Goulart :) 7:50 i laughed so hard, was waiting for this the whole time, NC needs to turn in properly... seemed to figure it out driving behind you for a bit
0:46 by the trees on the right side i can barely see me and my father there we cheered you on the whole way along with another Miata that had the union jack on it (i saw at end of vid). Also question what number were you i forgot the number but remembered the color
you can still "tune" the car differently. look into the rulebook. theres a reason podium cars are pushing 40k, while all the cars u saw getting lapped are scraping by on 10-15k
Great job indeed! However Scott Bowman, the red vehicle is breaking hard on the last turn.. that turn is typically flat out or light release of throttle

WOW, very exciting and I loved you small changes each lap to see what made more sense, well done!
That's some intense racing.. Love it.. Spec miata deserves more attention than it gets... Wish I could afford to partake.

That was great! The burgundy car clearly had the hp advantage. Nice drive!!!
Congratulations on beating Goulart :)

Bumping someone mid turn is okay? Seems like that NC could have been forced into a very bad situation.
@Evan Karl Congrats, pretty cool driving skills!!!
Great Driving Evan, this was fun to watch

9:57....yeaaaaaahhhh buddyyyyy!
enseriously a good driver
Nice run!
Very nice drive. Close in big ben
Man, are you breaking and throttling at the same time in the turn before the uphill (besides the chicane)?
Can someone explain to me how he has better exit speed and loses on the str8 being in the tow in same spec race?

All I can say in the first few minutes to the out of class car is "dude get TF out of the way".
Compared to the other guys, you are carrying good speed through the corners but missing some on the straights.
Clearly not same HP with the red car. Great job though!

Great use of traffic.
Something wrong with your engine HAHA
9:45 perfect lol
