I am 5’ 6” and 220lbs. I’ve been struggling with my weight for a while but this helped so much. Makes so much sense. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽

Sameee. I was heavier before(238) got down to 220 and I lost more weight and I’m now 210! Shockingly the key is eating More nutritious foods and burning at minimum a quarter of that. So for example eating the calories according to the goal weight you want. My goal is 200 lbs. My total calories is 200 x 12 = 2400 and I strategically make sure that my protein intake is 200 x .6 = 120 grams. I burn anywhere between 670 calories(only my walking days) to 1000 Cal (full body intense workout and swim with walking) so yeah definitely keep finding wat works and try it out! I’m the same height & 27y/o btw. Good luck! 🥰🫂🙆🏽‍♀️

Nita, you are so right. We are just as beautiful as a size 4 or a lady without a Fupa. I have to admit sometime it does discourage me from wearing certain clothing lol.

I am a size 6 with a fupa most times in a small, so fupa do not discriminates on size, genetics have a lot to do with it. But I usually do what she describes, so no one actually sees fupa.

I used to be a size 2. I'm older now (42) and am a 12. I'm having a hard time getting used to my body now vs my body in my 20s. I love how positive you are. It gives me some confidence that I can still look cute!

Majority of us were size 2/3 when we were much much younger. You are not a 20 year old girl anymore, you are a woman. Your body reflects a different season in your life. Yes lose weight but dont try to chase a size 2 as you cant have it anymore. Goodluck in your journey

This was so helpful. I’m a size 26/28 and it’s so refreshing to hear someone say I can still dress confidently at my size. I’m struggling with clothing due to my round belly but this really made me energized to find something. Up next, can you do a video on wide width heels. I’m really trying to elevate myself.

I just found you and I’m so glad I did! I really appreciate your message. I gained, lost and regained over 100 pounds. I did a lot of messed up things to be skinny and now I’m in treatment and realizing that caring for my right now body is what I need to do. Thank you for your advice and the encouragement that we are worth caring for. I know my Father loves me and he is not worried about what size I wear. He has known about all of my days before one of them came to be and he knew I would be this size. He blessed us with a wonderful woman, you, to help us feel beautiful in a culture that gives a different message.

I love videos like this because the fit, lines of our clothing and color palette and such matters, and I think it’s fun to learn about. I feel good about my body even though I’m much bigger than I was most of my life. I actually feel very confident this way, but I find it difficult sometimes to find the right fit and wanted bell figuring it out. This video helped me do that, so thank you! Also I just love someone who is straight up and not embarrassed to talk about our bodies honestly.

Hey girl hey! I'm so glad you did this video. I came across an old photo of me 20 years ago and it made me feel some type of way. I looked super small (dare I say it, I looked thin), but I thought I was a big girl even back then...and it made me a little sad that I never really accepted myself and my body. The mind is such a powerful thing. I have some progress to make but I'm definitely more confident now than I was back then. Guurrlll...she's (I'm) BEAUTIFUL and FABULOUS!!!😜 You bring so much love and light to this platform. Thank you for the reminder and for being a blessing!💜💜💜

Since I’ve gained weight, I’ve noticed that my midsection is a little extra than what I’m used to which I’m not really upset about. OMG! Please make more videos concerning dressing and building confidence 🙏 🙌 🤩 first off I am fighting breast cancer and got a mastectomy and I am a local Club singer. So due to these reasons I have to dress professional and sexy. Now that I have only one breast and I have to dress sexy for my shows in order to keep them I experience high stress leading up to my gigs because I do not know what to wear. I have tried to copy off of other singers and what they wore but it just does not look right on me and I have a very round belly and people come up to me during my gigs and ask me am I pregnant on a regular and it is so embarrassing. The choices that you listed for clothing I am definitely going to try because I want to look more polished my mother recently told me that it is her fault that I do not know how to dress because she never allowed me to go to the store with her she never allowed me to do anything she did not teach me how to shop or how to build my image. But I decided to work on this and here your video came across my feed that is nothing but God. God bless you and thank you

I'm sometimes guilty of the oversized top because I'm top heavy 😭😭. Great advice for the fupa cause I'm tired of fighting with her😂😂

Yes, please do more. I would love to see more swimsuit content as well. I'm finishing my leadership degree and haven't been on vacation in 10 years. I know sad, but I'm getting better. I wanted to travel this December with my kids and gurls. However, I have no fundamental knowledge about swimsuits. My size is between 10-12 or med/large. I saw your video about swimsuits and I loved it. You are truly an inspiration to
    me. Thank you.

Thank you Beautiful Nita for having a channel for us Plus size ladies. By, the way I'm new to your channel and it's a God's sent that I found this channel. This tutorial is a big blessing for me. Before my car accident I was in sizes 10 and 12 Misses Petite (I'm only 5'4). But, when I had my car accident I went from 135 lbs to 233 lbs in weight. At one point I weighed 305 lbs (my highest weight) that was because I was Paralyzed on my right side because I had Stroke from the accident. Medicine and not being mobile due to the Stroke I gained weight. I am mobile now and I use a Walker with the seat/basket and sometimes a 4-leg Cane. My health has improved (thank the Lord Jesus for that) and I want to dress more fashionable and more feminine. So, I try to wear more flattering clothes that makes me look fabulous. My hubby says that I'm both beautiful and smart at the same time. Anyway, thanks for sharing and you have a blessed and wonderful day. Bye!!! 👗👒👚🩱👜👡🛍️🙏✝️🙏

I love all you do. BTW, it's an EMPIRE waist. Although, "umpire" is fun.

thank you so much for this video! i’m not plus sized but i do have a higher waist due of a fuller midsection, and most straight size clothing expect the waist to be lower than what I have. this really helped me gain confidence and find clothes that will look good on my figure
