I need to apply this to things that I do within my home. I tend to get distracted with so many little projects that we have around our house, that probably wouldn't matter if we ever do them. I am thankful My overall responsibilities are minimal because that's what I make them. We have church on sunday, community group on Wednesday night, I drop off and pick up my oldest daughter from a hybrid School two days a week, I homeschool two of my other children four days a week, i meal plan and grocery shop weekly. Everything else is house related cleaning organizing I like doing little DIY projects etc this is the area that I need to be asking myself what would happen if I didn't and possibly using my time in a better way.
I can so relate, Jenny! I want to do all these little things when, really, there isn't time for them all, so I need to focus on the ones with the greatest impact!
Love this question! As a mom with a preschooler and a new baby due in 2 months I see many opportunities in my near future to put this question to practice. Thanks for reminding me/us that we don’t have to do it all. 🙌🏼
So glad! And remember, you always have the choice to ask "What would happen if I didn't?" and STILL decide to do the thing. But asking it can give clarity about what is really worth it and what isn't. :)

Haha nice! What's an area you think you could use this question?
@@DianaKerr I was really thinking about this when it comes to commitments. Volunteering especially. And in parenting, too!
