Everyone's hurrying to get ahead of the people hurrying in front of them !! Pure poetry here.

It really is SO paralyzing. I overthink wayyyyy too many things, and therefore get nothing accomplished. 🤦🏼

There are 1,000 kinds of Tums at the drug store as with most all products today. This is driving us all insane and we don't even know it.
Reason you ask ? Because things "kind of" add up slowly and we keep accepting each entry.

I started letting go of being “great at things” a few years back… pick what’s important and do what ya can. Be present in your life and love the life you live. Stop trying to be like what people represent on social media

Yes! I will have to read The Lazy Genius book. I try to keep it as simple as possible. I could not keep up with my meal planning until I made every meal easy easy. Now if I want to try new recipe it is only when I have the energy and just feel inspired.

Kendra finally did a podcast episode on “how to determine what matters” when she realized she had never before broken it down for us in a podcast. That episode helped me in SO many areas, and I do it all the time now. List what COULD matter to me, what DOES matter to me, and what matters MOST.

ALL of the "stuff" is already / really there. The " internet" is nothing but a recording of them and it allows us to view them.
