I loved the plan for this with the 24' length when the rear pop-out was not extended. It's 28' when it is extended. Between that and the light weight of just over 5,000 lbs, I thought it would be perfect for my Ram 1500 and my dirt bikes. Then I went and looked at one today. They are really hard to find in 2020-2021, and I could have snatched the only one I could find right up, but I didn't. I just couldn't bring myself to do it because the build quality seemed so poor. The interior wood was so thin that I'm sure it won't last long. The cheap vinyl on the seats was sub-par, and the shower insert was more of a plastic fabric than it was a hardened plastic. I just knew I couldn't live with what is sure to be something that needs a lot of repairs in just a few years. There were screws that weren't fully seated, trim that looked like it had been haphazardly thrown on, and the list goes on. Maybe I'm expecting too much for a $30K trailer, but I'm going to keep searching for something that is used with better quality in the same price bracket.
look for artic fox there well-built but big money

What is the height from the bed to the ceiling?
Is there an outdoor kitchen/ cooking hookup?
How much weight does each bunk bed hold? (Teens are heavy!)
My Hardly weights 750lbs. Is it too heavy for that ramp?
You will be just fine. I believe those doors are at least 1,000 LBS rated.
Love the front load toy hauler. Don’t really feel comfortable to put heavy toys behind the trailer axle.

Looks like there’s enough space there to convert it to whatever you want as well. Add another small couch for a entertainment room, a desk for an office, etc.
How wide is the ramp door?
It is about 4 foot 6 inches give or take an inch.

Can you fit two sport bikes in the garage?
You should be able to yes, it also depends on the type of bike you are talking about but yes.
Motor Sportsland it would be two 1000cc sport bikes
