He studied from Red River College.After only 6 months he was able to apply for PR😳.First thing he told was car insurance is so cheap in winnipeg. But, when it snow’s in toronto, workers clear snow from road very fast but in winnipeg they are not so fast to clear it.100% cost of living is very cheap in Manitoba😊
