After doing my Masters in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I always thought of moving to Toronto but after finishing my education at Saint Mary's in NS, I just stayed in Halifax. It's such a great city, jobs have been growing, people have been nice, spacious apartments in less money, easy commute BUT of course if your goal is MORE money (but expenses are more) , direct flights to India etc then Toronto is good for you!
Many people move here for easy PR, but I guess day by day competition in increasing, since many people are doing the same thing.

@@prabhash982 it depends on person to person. We have habit in india to get to meet doctors easily where as here due to lack of professionals the appointments are not easily available. My friend had tooth pain so to meet the dentist he got appointment after 25 days and to get his root canal done he got appointment after a month. Before meeting the dentist he just got some pain killers from hospital. Now u can compare the situation here and in India

Calgary is much better. Calgary has the fastest growing tech, finance and film industry. Recently Tech giants Infosys, Mphasis and RBC has made announcements about their headquarters or offices in Calgary. Many Hollywood companies are filming moving in Calgary because of its proximity to mountain 🏔, skyline 🏙 and lakes all they need. Calgary is also world’s cleanest and most livable city. Calgary is also sunniest city in Canada. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary from BC or ON. We will see more of this trend in coming years.
