exact same probleme here. same capacitor !!!!
i remove it . chech and have an white stripe on center... but the i realize that this capacitor is not an filter, MUST BE ADDED/RESOLDERED A NEW ONE.shoud be a line pass filter i don't now. tv its repaired. thankyou a lot
