From Finland comes another FANTASTIC Metal band called "BATTLE BEAST" with the female singer Noora Louhimo. What an amazing surprise this band was! Such an awesome chorus that is both heavy and melodic! Another GREAT band from "Nuclear Blast Records"! I really hope you enjoyed this one as much as I did! The background choir was amazing!

Noora is an absolute beast. A true master of (vocal) illusion, the moment you think you know where she is going with her voice she just turns things around and surprised you the way you expect the least. You simply cannot get bored of her. Eden, Endless Summer, Wings of Light, Familiar Hell, King For A Day, The Hero, No More Hollywood Endings... So many insanely good songs to fall in love with. Keep listening, dude, you'll be hooked in no time! 🤟🏻🤟🏻

Noora is amazing, her vocal is what you get when you cross an Angel with a Dragon. Noora is lovely to meet in person, very down to earth. The new album Circus of Doom is a killer and for a more balls out, full on song you have to listen to ‘Wings of Light’ the chorus also has a great Nightwish vibe so that has to be good 👍

Yeah Noora's interviews are nice to listen, it's not public relations stuff, she's really unformal, tells personal things, sometimes she goes way off the music topic they ought to chat, different things just pop up like in normal discussion between people. And she is always breaking into laughs, so one can't help but feeling good while listening.

This is my favourite song by battle beast (for now anyway!). It's so catchy, love the guitar solos and nooras vice is perfect for this type of metal.

Thumbed up, easiest helping I ever made. Good song, one of the best in the newest album. The story of the video by the way is this: Noora plays the Master of Illusion, the people are mind controlled like in a mental institute, a nut house. Her puppets spread drugs to make people lose touch with reality, money causing people fight about it, religion rotten inside but sprinkled with wine so it fools people. Then this lady in green sees through her lies and refuses to obey, there's some hostile exchange of looks, she walks among the people and tells they've been lied, releasing them from the mind control, their patient clothes drop on the floor when they leave, and in the end the Master of Illusion is left alone.
Good song, one of the best in the album. Quite symphonic, the previous album was clear shift to a more symphonic and melodic direction from the earlier agressive 80's sci-fi Terminator music. This album took a step back, it's like a fusion of the agressive and melodic past of the band. Some older album lovers didn't like the previous album, I've liked both the beauty and the beast of their music. And Noora is to me in my very top of female metal/rock vocalists. Yeah there's songs she sings I don't care about, not all are bull's eyes. But even then I do like how she sings. With Battle Beast albums though, I don't skip songs.

I only know a few songs from this great band including this one. But it's true that it's really good👍. I like the powerful voice of the singer 🤘. However, for the moment I admit to having a real preference for Beast in Black which is in the same vein... Yanis is amazing 👏! By the way, I look foward your future reacts of Tommy's covers 😉❤️🔥... This summer, Battle beast will play at Hellfest like so many other bands but above all... Nightwish and... Sabaton!! Unfortunately, even though it's close where I live, I won't be able to go to this amazing festival. Maybe next time... Luckily I'll see Tommy with Majestica next December in Paris 😃🤘🎸... It will be great!

Oh how I love Battle Beast. And Beast In Black too, they're 2 of my favourite bands right now. I love how they are different but sound similar, in that you get that "80s metal on steroids" feel from both bands
I loved your reaction to this. Their new album is full of bangers. I'd like to recommend some songs for your next Battle Beast reaction though.
King For A Day - one of their best songs, and from their 4th album. It's brilliant, and many people regard Master Of Illusion as part 2 of this song. You'll see what I mean.
Black Ninja - shows off the different sides to Nooras vocals brilliantly, you get clean vocals to raspy to all out power in about 20 seconds flat lol.
Touch In The Night - a metal disco track that shows off their ability to smash different styles. It's not typical Battle Beast but it's awesome and you need to react to it.
Finally, I recommend.... Let It Roar - I really don't think you're ready for it yet lol. You simply have to react to this song, it's fuckin awesome.

It is maybe Hard To believe, but she is often called "the queen of clean vocals". You can hear that side of her when she is like performing for/with that Swedish, Magnus Karlsson guy In his "rock/metal Opera (In To the Unknown-great example. Or very gently with Hammerfall-" Second to none". Or with Amaranthe, Lauren ne & Louhimo etc. ❤

But...into the main thing. Yes, it is very well produced and done. It may not be my cup of tea, but very well played. Noora is one heck of a singer. I might say she is the top singer in Finland at least in rock/pop genre. There might be a couple other songs you want to check from the band. I heard Battle Beast before. I have to say that I usually do not get offended by controversial stuff, but I am not sure of this one. It is a good song in the large scope of things. In general, I don't like much of the new stuff, so this one definitely beats what is out there these days (except for ABBA Voyage of course). However, YOU have been spoiling us with Celine Dion, Sabaton, Beast in Black and mainly TOMMY!!!! So when you play a song like this, I feel that something is missing, that the singer's voice is not all that great, even though I wish I myself could sing even 5% of the way she does.
Well you might misunderstand the song. It is not a song about christianity or God, but of a cult where one man (joker) controls everyone else. He is the master of illusion. A cult. It represents the many arenas of power. And yes, she has a different voice that might not speak to everyone 🙏🏻😊
