Ok so first off in an interview with George Lucas when he was asked is Boba Fett dead. He said Boba simply fell into the Sarlac pit. Not yes hes dead. Then years later in The trilogy book The Bounty Hunter Wars he was pulled into the sarlacs deepest stomach which happened to be near a cliffside after all the years of ground decay and sliding. Boba Used his rocket and blew a huge hole in it and crawled out into the ravine. Where later Dengar found him and nursed him back to life. However his armor was mostly destroyed in the book only really salvaging his helmet. Why in this whole video did they not mention the Bounty Hunters Trilogy. He was never said to be dead. By anyone.
I think that The Krayt Dragon ate The Sarlacc, with the help of the acid it spews. And since The Krayt Dragon ate The Sarlacc which contained Fett, he landed up in the bladder that contained the acid of The Dragon. So, when The Dragon spewed next, he spewed Boba too. I think they might retcon Durasteel to be as strong as Beskar Steel. That's probably why Cobb has a fully-functional armor. And where did he get the armor from? Jawas probably got hold of it. Boba ditched his armor and impersonated a Tusken Raider, possibly one of the Tusken Raiders that Mando was chatting with.
Everyone know this, he escaped the sarlack because of his armor, thanks to his armor , the creature was unable to inject the neurotoxin, and he was able to escape,

It’s psychology, people are generally drawn towards powerful yet morally ambiguous characters (in SW and other franchises) as you can project your own fantasies/backstory on to them. Like clint eastwood’s almost silent cowboy. Could be a good guy (saves people), could be a bad guy (shoots and kills people). The more we learn about a character, the less we are able to associate with them. Any late-teenager could have been luke on tattooine (in ANH) but we gradually move away as his morality (good guy) is more clearly defined and people start to like darth vader because he fulfils our fantasies of being able to do whatever we want to anyone in our way
Boba was hiding in tatooine because it's the only place he would have been safe from Vader. Vader is terrified of Tatooine because it reminds him of his Mother and the sand people he killed
There is a book that talks about Dengar being Han Solo's Father who was abusive and when Solo was young in a pod race the after burners disfigured Dengar and the Brain damage gave him amnoesia. So he's been hunting his son with his son's mortal enemy.
The answer to how Boba Fett escaped from that desert creature can be found in "The Bounty Hunter Trilogy" by K. W. Jeter. Fett took a thermal detonator or two and blew open the side of creature. He then crawled out and layed on the desert floor until some kind of native clan found Fett and brought him back to health. This scenario can fit in your description in this video.
