Your videos have helped me relieve so much tension in my upper back! Keep the videos coming. I have greatly benefited from the information and exercises that you share.
@Leila Zazueta My upper back is horrendous (big breasts). I go to physio every week. Are there any exercises that are particularly good to do? They have so many videos!😲😄
I just wanted to say thank you for posting your videos. They are a great help to me. I am new to doing physical therapy for people with low mobility and these videos have helped me to help my clients, so thank you again.
Nice the beginning of the video, I already knew this channel was going to be golden. I was squatting at the gym with weight, but I was using the chair squat method (pretty much simulating sitting down in the chair) someone came over and said I needed to go lower. Kinda what you guys were explaining at the beginning. I knew I was doing it the right safe way. Body builders go down all the way. I’m not trying to do that. I’m just trying to squat and still get my work out in proper. I feel it in all the right places so what’s the difference?
You guys are terrific helping us with all our health issues . I’m asking if you can recommend any exercise for me, I’m one year out from my c3 to t3 successful spine fusion, however it has brought on the problems in my L4,5 and s with pars fracture. I’m am currently on my first epidural shot which is making the pain more bearable . I’m currently doing 15 minutes on a stationary bike as long walks are painful. I would appreciate any ideas you can give me. Thanks Ellen
Quick question, if you two have the time. I've heard that squats are good for increasing a man's testosterone, but what about just bodyweight squats (I'm not overweight) or squats with 10 pound dumbbells? Does it have to be heavy weight for helping with testosterone? I'm guessing not because pushups and pullups are good for a man's T, and those are bodyweight exercises, as well. Thanks for posting, as always!
good lesson for beginners, get out of the chair! drink Ensure might help you get going as well, an angel told me so. staying fit past 65 is a tricky business but I seem to be doing it. BTW dont push down on the chair ,if you have shoulder issues
Hey i torn my acl on October 2020. And had my Acl surgery on January 6 2021. I am almost 5 weeks i been having problems with bending my knee I only go to 115 d. The pain is unreal. Is there any advice to make it easy. I am scared a lot that i wont go back to normal life
@@moody9566 I hope it helps. I had a double knee replacement 18 years ago. Was working too much and didn't rehab properly. I regret it. I am helping a lady at the moment and we do these a lot
@@moody9566 also lie on your stomach and get someone to gently push your foot to your butt. You won't be able to do it first up but practice. I.use DMSO for pain or Msm. Sometimes that enables you.to.push harder. But don't overdo it. All the best. I.love this channel
Get rid of all your props and show me how you'll do a single leg squat without knees over toes, bet you can't do it. This has 20k views and the information couldn't be any more outdated. Beginners sure, but you're developing patterns and habits that don't progressively turn into a single leg squat. This 90-90 rule is bologna guys, it's 2021 and the science has evolved.
Just in time. I needed this.
4:10 1st exercise.
5:15 2nd exercise
7:30 3rd exercise
Yes I've taken your advice guys..
God bless you
I’m recovering from a stroke, and your videos have helped so much. God bless you both
❤😅😊
You guys are the best!

This was the video I needed
Brilliant!!
This is the video I need.
I was able to do single leg squats, easily in fact. And then I had a meniscus surgery a month ago :')
Yeah, me too and then I had a car accident and need a patella replacement but I'm 32 so I'm not getting one for decades. I feel suddenly 60...
@@johnrhodes9533 yes, about being healed. Then life threw an ACL tear in there
Like your videos 😊 What size is the exercise ball Brad used?
95 cm but you can go to Walmart and use one of those big kids balls for really cheap. Don’t need an exercise ball
👍 nice

Thanks! Super interesting about not having knees over toes because a lot of physios say it is safe like the physiofix etc :)

Get a skate board sit on a chair and roll it back and forward. Hold it at its most flexed for 20 seconds. Repeat. Keep practicing
