Nick has a good candidate to turn his hand into a bluff when she blocker bets the river. You know she can almost never have the nuts or a set and she obviously hated the turn card with her hand. You have a blocker to the nuts also. If he makes it like $16k on the river, she folds and nick scoops.
I don't know, it's hard to raise the river after checking back turn. I think the best play would be to start bluffing on this good turn and keep going on the river, this way if shorty hit you still make some from the turn bet if called.

Aside from the fact that he now is half owner of this show? He started out as a cop on LAPD, but I remember about 10 years ago I used to see a ton of night time 30 minutes infomercials with him selling "real estate seminars" where he was going to teach you how to buy real estate with no money and he would give free (fake) ipods to people just for showing up. Another bullshit get rich quick scheme. I think the only reason he didn't get arrested is because he got out way too quick before people started to report him as a fraudster. But he did jack a ton of people's monies on that "real estate seminars" scheme.

If anything he might have missed an opportunity to be aggressive on this turn and then keep bluffing on the river.. but that's a difficult play
