Thanks for keeping the Stinger content coming man! These cars are slept on, hard. For improvement suggestions; I would say definitely put some focus on balancing audio levels. Compressors and limiters can go a long way. Along with even manually adjusting volumes when needed. Just helps the viewer not get blasted with different volume levels. Cheers🤘

I’ve noticed the Dragy app turns the gain up on the mics, prob to hear the engine better I dunno. Ethan was more soft spoken than I, so I should have turned his gain up more. It’s a learning curve, but thanks 🙏
I assume yes, you can pick your shift points and pressure, with Lozic you can so I’m sure Lap3 does the same. The TCU and the ECU communicate with each other so it’s always best to buy the pair, but you can still option your TCU out and use it with the JB4. If you watch my earlier vids, I got a 3.6 with JB4 map 3 e30 and Lozic stage 1 with CAI and CB only

Good vid! I swapped to a 285 tire in the rear. I went with a bit cheaper tire the Ohtsu fp8000. It’s made by Falken and it’s the old Falken fk452. Anyone on a budget should check them out. There is a guy on TH-cam that tracked them and the even surprised him. So far I’m pretty happy, I can still do a 4 wheel burn out on the lap 3 tcu launch.
For quarter mile and drag racing quarter mile racing AWD is best. Also cpi is more convenient than methanol. The best way is to go upgraded fuel pump and no need for cpi or any additional fuel lines.

Actually, the day I picked my Stingers up with 5 miles on the dash, they “hand washed” my car for when I signed the papers, I got home and I seen swirl marks all over it. I made the GM send a detailer out to fix it, I ended up having to do it myself like the hatch rattle lol
Also for the lap 3 stinger he’s should get rid of the bms methanol kit and go with the lap 3 methanol kit!! The lap 3 methanol kit spray depending on your rmps which really helps keep the iats down and helps with power!!Keep up the vids looking forward to more stinger/g70 vids👍🔥

It’s very important when wanting to run the best 1/4 mile time. I want to see people on with soft sticky tires. I’m going to let 10 psi out of tires next time, a company just sent me a portable air inflator to do that so I said I would show their Amazon shop. It’s like $70, nice one. $50 for subscribers so might make a diff! It did with my S4 and that RS5 3.3 sec
I use my custom mode for launching with the 50/50 drivetrain mode, comfort suspension. I definitely think it hooks much better when launching than regular sport mode.

I had best luck with the HKS M45iL gapped @ 26 thousandths, Stinger coil packs are notorious as well, his is a 2018 so I’m suspect of the packs starting to give out.
Secondary I would go with Ark. Primary, I wouldn’t mess with those unless you upgrade your turbos. I’ve had a few people message me their turbos blew after doing the primary downs. Esp if you don’t do the oil line recall on the Stinger. I’m sure some people will say they have done them with no issues, but from the messages I’ve received, I would advise against primary downs unless you are going to do a turbo upgrade, they are not cheap
You need better tires…. Get 18 inch wheels and some street radials. Get the widest tire you can fit that match the front diameter, nitto and Mikey Thompson makes some good street radials.

Flash tunes are best if you want most power, pops and bangs, and ISG disabled, those are to main benefits to JB4. But the JB4 is a must like this owner has, you should always monitor your flash tune and record logs, then communicate effectively with the tuner, so they can learn and improve. That’s what I did with Lozic back in the day when he would send me 5 tunes at a time to test. He moved to the US from S Korea to tune and they have got a lot better. I’ll be dropping an improvement time with Tonys car soon as I can
FBO stock turbos, next time we meet, I want to try 50/50 water and meth, not 100% meth. We will test again and try to get a 1/4 run in. I’m almost certain this car is most beastly 40+. He spins off the line. I’m about to upload a short of his launch in cinematic
Mine all started with the Injen intakes, once I heard the diverter valves releasing that pressure into the intakes I fell in love, then had to balance the sound out with MBRP 👌
The Fuel it kit is sold at BMS, who also sells the JB4, but you don’t need the JB4 to run it, however you will need to be tuned when using it with e30 or e40. The Fuel it is a separate app. I wouldn’t trust the JB4’s ethanol content reader without an ethanol sensor.
We will try to get that one in next, I’m sure his 1/4 mile and 40-130 is insane. I just met these locals, so depending on the comments here we will see what they want to see.

If they are abused for long periods of time, yes, the cats would go first. It depends on your right foot. The excess heat can damage the turbo fins, in extreme cases. I’ve yet to hear someone report their engine or cats have failed in the 3.3tt. Now the b8.5 S4 I had is a different story, you have to remove the cats or they melt and cause all sort of problems
What do you think about pops and bangs destroying stingers cats?? i got a 23 gt2 thats heavily modded and i want pops/bangs but dont want to destroy my cats. any feedback helps, thank you bro big fan!!

This is a great question to ask, one must know what pops and bangs are, essentially it’s an explosion after the valve closes and the explosion in in the turbo exhaust manifold, so yes, it does put more wear and tear on them. That is going to depend on how often you go WOT let them pop, it’s the same comparison of you being worried about tuning your car and it blowing your engine, both are equal, that depends on you and how hard you are on the car. I had to go catless in my S4, they would melt, that engine produced way more heat that the 3.3TT Lambda
Hey bro im back with another question. So i have the MBRP exhaust and just got the ark secondary downpipes. Knowing these new downpipes are catless, does that technically mean im entirely catless now or do the primary dpipes have cats as well? Any advice helps i just know eventually i want pops and bangs (but knowing how i drive i think cats may be a problem) lol. Thanks bro! Gonna watch the new video w the g70 after work

Last question i hope🙏🏼 So ive had the mbrp exhaust for a while now, got my ark dpipes installed today and the drone is just terrible (i believe its drone im still new this is my first ever build) it sounds like a trumpet on sport mode and even at times in comfort when pressing the throttle hard. I immediately ordered the mbrp resonator hoping thats helps a lot, and i want to get exhaust tip’s but my car is a 2023 and i cant find tips for that year stinger. Sorry thats a lot just an upsetting down after being excited for the downpipes and now being embarrassed of the cars sound until i get resonators (hopefully) Thanks bro

I heard some people were having issues with the LPFP after the HPFP upgrade, I’m wanting to have someone on with the HPFP that BMS sells for sure.

Would recommend leaving stock gap for spark plugs he running a super aggressive gap!!! Especially since he’s not ecu tuned!!
