I'm surprised none of them mentioned that she was wearing that same shade of blue. What a sweet lady who now has a beautiful and homey house. I just love this show. 🩵
I love it, it's so happy and bright and a proper grown up house. Doesn't hold a candle to all those open-concept things full of granite. Ben and Erin are a pleasure to watch. And the homeowner lady was so sweet!
Beautiful blue dream. Love this home so much. That wallpaper is marvellous. I would have put a bit in the kitchen alcove. Also love the deep navy and coral cushions. All my favourite shades of blue. So happy for the owner. Great work Ben and Erin. That porch swing!!!!!!!!!!!
Everything is absolutely gorgeous! Gorgeous! Except… 🤣💗 Those dining room walls are very beautiful and rustic, but they will collect so much dust! I think you would have to take a vacuum cleaner with a bristle brush on it to dust in all of those cracks. That would not work for me.
What happened to painting to trim on top of the outside? She needs a full glass front screen so she can have her door open. I hate the dining set. But the China cabinet is beautiful. The kitchen windows are gorgeous. Beautiful job.
oh Lord yes ...so beautiful but a little to much blue...every room a different pastelcolor would have been even better...but hey otherwise this is very lovely.
Ive never understood the American style of having visible houses, no wall/fence. Its too exposed to me. I cant imagine sitting outside & people passing on the road just looking at you. I guess in my Magical Kenya, we are used to walled/fenced compounds giving you complete privacy. But in the 50s/60s, this was the open compound concept that my parents had(when the colonialists were still here) But such a cute house
I’m kind of generally not a fan of older people like this buying big homes that ought to be purchased by a younger family. Unless they are fixing up something that’s virtually destroyed and intend to sell it soon after.
A lot of young people can't afford a $400,000 house. The average household income is $65,000. 37% are in poverty. Does Laurel even have a lot of thriving businesses to bring homebuyers?

❤Beautiful!❤️
Bellísima casa ❤❤
Aww built her a swing that matches gable
The fretwork and Texas star in the gables should have been painted at least a light grey, to show them off.
I need the name of the person who made the copper vent hood please.
What happened to painting to trim on top of the outside?

❤ nehme ich auch gerne ❤😊
Sold!! Lol
It`s a shame the front path was left cracked.
I can’t believe that there’s NO trim color.
The exterior of the house looks 1/2 naked
oh Lord yes ...so beautiful but a little to much blue...every room a different pastelcolor would have been even better...but hey otherwise this is very lovely.
Eren and Ben have never been changed!! They look the same in all episodes and seasons. The same haircuts and same size and shapes!! How?!
Beautiful transformation by the way. I loved it
Erin has had different hairstyles but they have been similar. I like how they seem to totally enjoy each other.
Don't burn the wood!
👍👍👍👍👍

Hi
and what business of yours is how old anyone is who buys a house? you're being age-ist and rude.
@@metislamestiza3708 I seek for friendship with you which was why I wrote you earlier hope you don't mind please?
