Alpha hydroxy acids are another great ingredient that she didn’t mention. They don’t have any effect on your oil, but they do have some effects on collagen and skin renewal. I also used a collagen drink and paired it with vitamin c for maximum absorption. It makes a difference, too. 4. I added 7 minute breathing exercises to limit my everyday anxiety and catastrophising, cause if you're stressed constantly from chronic stress and unhealed trauma, all the best skincare in the world can only get you to a certain point but not past that. You have to regulate cortisol. I'm thinking of starting therapy as well. So it's 50-25-25 your skincare or lack there of and your lifestyle and inner wounds. So you can of course change your appearance by changing your mind and breath work has affected my skin betterment as well. 5. I was consistent even though at first it was a hustle. Every beginning seems difficult even the smallest act if you have executive dysfunction especially so it's necessary to be resilient and consistent with an everyday use of both the daytime routine and the nighttime routine. The skin products that I saw were the most effective were the inkey list serum, the cerave retinol, my sunscreen (I didn't use her recommended loreal product, so use whatever suits you) and the salicylic acid cleanser. Just don't overdue it because it's basically chemical exfoliation so do the salicylic acid occasionally, not everyday and use a mild oil control cleanser or micellar water for an everyday use. The things I can admit made the overall biggest difference are: A. Following the night skincare routine religiously. Each time, I woke up flawless in the morning. There was a huge difference. I also waited a few hours after waking up and did the daytime routine at 11 and after, in the morning, and till then I only used sunscreen and maybe a bit of the rice toner and watered my face in the early morning if I had to go outside before that time and didn't touch my skin in general. I did this so that I don't strip the natural oils, hence moisture, of my skin and so that the night routine effects last longer and I don't clog the pores with excessive product use. I created a skincare time window/rotation basically. So to simplify this step: wake up, water the face, always use sunscreen even inside the house as uv rays can penetrate the glass doors and windows of our homes, then only do the red light thingy if you have it and for 5 minutes max, then the skincare if you have the time and ALWAYS do the main care at night. B. Second most effective thing for me personally when it comes to lifting and wrinkle reduction especially was the retinol pf course but also admittedly the pulse red light gua sha machine, cause it literally firms your face muscles as it exercises them, so skin and muscle mass stay in tact and become better with consistent use. And lastly, the collagen and the cutting my hyperbolic dairy consumption. I eat cheese and good quality yoghurt every other day so I still enjoy it just not in the excessive amount I did in the the past. To conclude, these habitual things have indeed changed my face and these products have been also very effective for that change. Even if the strawberry skin and the acne is existent for the past few days, despite that, it's very minimised. And the wrinkles are reduced. So I back this video, these were indeed good recommendations.

Isn't the oils good for your skin to help reduce wrinkles? And by reducing oil production, won't it lead to drier skin? Do peels or laser treatments reduce the size of pores?
I would like to say first thank you very much for the very helpful tips im looking for the product in the video, and im having a very hard time finding them. Can you please attach a link where i can find the product thank you so very kindly
Hi, thanks for sharing. I have the skin concern as described in the video and I have been using most of these skincare products, but haven’t yet improved. What’s the next step you advise, please?
I may have to try to some of these products. I don’t know what else to do. I use Cera Ve foaming cleanser to wash my face at least 3 times a day. I have oily skin and it removes the oil without over-drying. The problem is that no products I’ve used up until now help with oil control. Anything I put on my face, doesn’t effectively moisturize enough to ‘trick’ my skin into thinking it’s properly moisturized and half the oil production. The oil is still produced, and mixes with whatever product I’ve applied, then I get clogged pores and break out. The only thing that seems to help is just washing my face multiple times a day.
Great advice. Also. It is Propaganda when products claim to "Shrink pores" you cannot Change the size. But salicylic acid, collagen, nicinamide. All the things she recommended do a great job. Also essential oils..and witch hazel as a toner. ❤
Thank you! You are not also giving the list but as well an easy to find product even in outside us and europe just like my country is. So appreciate it mam.

Isn't the oils good for your skin to help reduce wrinkles? And by reducing oil production, won't it lead to drier skin? Do peels or laser treatments reduce the size of pores?

Hi, thanks for sharing. I have the skin concern as described in the video and I have been using most of these skincare products, but haven’t yet improved. What’s the next step you advise, please?
Thank you for such great guidance. God bless you, Dr. ❤🙏🏼
Thanks doc for advised.you are beautiful doctor...nice skin
I am from Brazil and I love your job! You are amazing ❤🎉
Can you tell us how we should use these products. For instance the time, quantity and what to use first etc
feels like i came to see a doc in real. wow you talked about MY issue!
Thank you for this. Would love cruelty free options 🐇💕not sure why we still use products from companies that hurt animals

So appreciate it mam.

I love this video! What order would you recommend someone use these products?
I would like to ask if they are natural things that can be used?
Thanks! I'm saving this video. Really appreciate the range of options you provided.
I don’t recommend the neutrogena salicylic acid for sensitive or freshly shaven skin. My brother tried it with sensitive skin and his face was red and inflamed for a day afterwards
Can you tell us when to use it and which should be first and which after
Saving this video great drugstore products
