The best way to survive the Flurge would be to huddle up in your house, turn all the lights off, make it look like you aren't home and wait it out. You cant be arrested if nobody knows were you are! I think thats how crime works :D

I like how the guy gets a ticket, the officer giving him a ticket is then arrested, and then he arrests the guy who arrested the guy who was giving him a ticket.
